Bujumbura : a body found near the river Ntahangwa

A body of a young man was found on Tuesday in neighborhood II of Jabe, very close to the river Ntahangwa, in the Bwiza zone, in the district of Mukaza in the commercial capital Bujumbura. Witnesses believe that this young man was killed elsewhere before his body was dumped there.

This body was discovered in the place commonly called “Ku Binyoni”. It had no injuries, according to our information.

“No doubt he was killed elsewhere and his body taken to this place,” report eyewitnesses of the macabre discovery.

These witnesses say that the local administration called the district administration of Mukaza to come and collect this corpse.

At 9 a.m , the administrator took the body to the morgue of one of the hospitals in the north of the city of Bujumbura.

He has not been identified.

This is the third body discovered in the district of Mukaza since the beginning of the year.
