According to witnesses, this corpse was wearing five shirts. The victim’s legs had been cut off up to the knees, residents say, calling it a horrific act.
“The body began to decompose and was half buried”, witnesses said.
Local sources indicate that the local administration and the Rumonge police rushed to the scene to make an observation. They ordered residents to bury him. A few people were arrested the same day before being released.
This is the third body discovered in the district of Rumonge since December 26. Residents regret that the police and administration authorities have, each time, ordered their burial without any investigation being undertaken.
