The body of this father of three was seen hung from the frame of his father’s house with a long rope, according to witnesses. The local administration thinks it was suicide.
But neighbors believe this man was killed elsewhere and then his body taken to his father’s house to make it look like suicide. A judicial police officer (OPJ) went to Muremera to make a report.
The police announced the opening of an investigation. The body of Claude Ngendakumana was buried this Sunday in his native town.
